Who We Are

Dr. Kado is a true Midwesterner.

Growing up in Iowa, training in Chicago, a short stint in Florida didn’t convince her to leave, she settled down in Michigan.

With a record breaking 7 sister-in-laws & 4 of her own little ones, she has excellent listening skills and her patients agree!

You can tell being a physician runs in the family and she carries that passion into her patient care, detailing therapeutic plans and reviewing extensive testing to reassure & teach her patients to empower themselves with knowledge.

Sure she has the accolades:

  • going to college with a full scholarship

  • graduating with honors

  • being double board certified in Internal Medicine AND Rheumatology

  • becoming an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan
